Miliou is a small village, north of Paphos and situated just few kilometers after Yiolou Village. Miliou Village is one of the most picturesque villages in the area, reserved until today. It is famous for its unique Sulphur Spring Waters and the Monastery of Ayioi Anargiroi, carring out all the myths around it. 

Ayioi Anargiroi was built in 1964, between Miliou and Yiolou. The Monastery was named after Ayios Damianos and Ayios Cosmas who were known as Ayioi Anargiroi. According to legend, they were brothers, practicing as doctors, who did not accept payment from their patients. Myths state that the therapeutic springs next to the monastery explains the treatment given to patients.

The tests carried out on the Sulphur waters of the springs showed to be an effective treatment of bone problems, rheumatism, skin diseases and digestive disorders.
