The attractive and traditional village of Neo Chorio is nestled in the mountains and situated to the west of Latchi Harbour and the town of Polis.  Surrounded by abundant vegetation such as wild flowers, olive trees, carob trees and pines, Neo Chorio also boasts wonderful views over the Akamas National Park to the west and Chrychous Bay to the east. 

Stone built houses, narrow streets and a typical village square form the heart of this beautiful village, which also provides amenities including a bank, local supermarket and a few small tavernas.   Guests can also enjoy the local exhibition containing photographs from the past and demonstrations by local people on how to make rugs using the traditional weaving loom and on how to make the delicious Hallumi cheese. 

For those with historical interest, there are several ancient churches and places of interest to visit in and around Neo Chorio.  For example the 12^th century church of Ayios Minas, containing beautiful frescos and mural paintings, and the recently discovered underground caves of Kataklistes Karaboulaki.

The Neo Chorio area is relatively undeveloped, offering guests a peaceful and relaxing location, and a welcoming atmosphere.
