Villa V2036 is a newly built 3 bedroom villa with private pool and air-conditioning. Ground Floor: As you enter villa, immediately to the left is the stairway then the first bedroom and bathroom. As you walk in you go into the living room with 2 leather armchairs and one double leather sofa bed. Opposite this is the 26 inch Flat Screen TV and DVD player. On one side of the room is the dining table and chairs. To the rear is the kitchen fully equipped with, fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave etc. There are also table and chairs in the kitchen for use. First Floor: Off the stairs to the left is the 2nd bathroom and a door leading to a veranda. Facing the stairs is the 2nd twin double bedroom. Turning right leads you to the 3rd double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and veranda. All the bedrooms have built in cupboards and dressing table. Outside: The veranda that is connected to the sitting room by way of patio doors is a great spot to relax and take shade from the midday sun, or relax with a drink as the sun goes down. Should things get a little too hot then cool off in the 4m x 11m pool, with a large sun bathing area surrounded by sub-tropical plants. Sun loungers are provided to relax and top up the tan. A barbeque is available to use, all we ask is that you leave it clean of the next guests.
